Swindon Cyclo CrossFor the Wheelers watching the cyclo cross at the Supermarine rugby club last night, i have uploaded my photos to the GWR Team facebook page. Only 2 events left if you fancy a go. iNVITE TO Swindon Bicycle Users Group Meeting with Swindon Borough Council 19 OctSBC have been granted £4.5 million from the Dept of Tpt from the Local Sustainable Transport Fund. Some of this money will be (or at least should be) spent on promoting cycling within the borough. SWindon BUG would like to invite all Wheelers to a meeting with the council next Weds (19th Oct) at the Salvation Army's new RECYCLES shop on Princes St (Park in Spring Grove Public car park if you use 4 wheels rather than 2 to get there). The meeting starts at 4pm, with several short spots on cycling stories in and around Swindon. Then the council will present their plans. Track outingHi Wheelers, Bob |
